Battle of Galwan: Salman recovered from Sikandar’s lacklustre box office performance by revealing his upcoming project on Friday. Fans were ecstatic when he unveiled the first glimpse of the Bollywood movie Battle of Galwan.
Salman is shown carrying a wooden staff wrapped in barbed wire in the Instagram-shared motion graphic, looking bloodied and with cuts on his face and hands. His piercing eyes blaze with intensity, framed by a bold expression and a rugged, thick moustache. One striking line on the poster is

Salman Khan portrays Colonel B. Santosh Babu, the commanding officer of the 16 Bihar Regiment, who commanded Indian forces during the 2020 Battle of Galwan Valley against Chinese forces.
Salman’s followers were already intrigued by his big moustache when he was photographed in Mumbai prior to the official first glimpse. He had posted an emotional picture of himself on social media just the day before, which stoked rumours that he was giving fans a sneak peek of his next movie.
Concerning the Clash in the Galwan Valley
A bloody clash between Indian and Chinese forces occurred in the Galwan Valley in Ladakh on June 15 of last year. Twenty Indian soldiers were killed in the encounter, which was one of the worst border clashes in more than 40 years.
